THREE people have been refused bail after allegedly breaking into a West Tamworth home.

Andrew Binge, Ieasha Creighton and Adam Paul Swan appeared in an out-of-sessions bail hearing in Tamworth Local Court on Wednesday on aggravated break-and-enter charges.
The trio allegedly broke into a Denison Street home on December 30 by forcing in the front door. Once inside, they allegedly stole goods including photographic items.
Police have been investigating the break-in and obtained CCTV. After inquiries, the trio were charged on Tuesday night.
All three were denied bail in court and will remain in custody until next week.

Creighton and Binge were arrested after allegedly making threats during a separate incident at a home in Tingira Street at 10.30pm on January 1.
Police allege Binge was armed with a knife and made a number of threats at the location before fleeing.
The pair were arrested nearby and charged with intimidation, while Binge is also facing an offence of custody of a knife.
