The dynamic duo has been announced as the official entertainers of the prestigious music awards to celebrate industry success.
A household name in country music, Adam Brand has more than 20 years experience in the industry and has sold more than 600,000 album.
He’s got 12 Golden Guitars of his own.
“I am honoured to be hosting the awards this year, it’s 20 years since I went to my first ever Golden Guitar Awards night,” he said.
“I could never have imagined then that I would one day be asked to stand up there as a host, just wow.”
Brand has just released single If Heaven Has a Soundtrack and his Milestones tour, with a pit stop in Tamworth for his Midnight Bash.
The news comes off the back of the pair’s killer performance at the Golden Guitar Finalist Awards announcement in Sydney in November.
Co-host Amber Lawrence kick started her own career in 2008 and quickly became one of the most renowned artists in the country.
Named Female Artist of the Year in 2015, Lawrence will also be performing during the festival on January 25.
“It’s really exciting to be hosting the awards with Adam Brand,” she said.
“I’ve been lucky enough to sing at and win a couple of Golden Guitars over the years, so now to be asked to host them is a pretty cool honour.
“I hope to bring a little sparkle, fashion and my own sense of humour to the night.”
Artists vying for a top place include Kasey Chambers with a whopping seven nominations for her album Campfire, inspired by her childhood.
The Wolfe Brothers, Adam Ackersley and Brooke McClymont, Andrew Swift, Travis Collins, Adam Harvey, Morgan Evans and John Williamson are all nominated as well.
