Coming to the Tamworth Country Music Festival next year, the family zone will have loads of new rides – including a 26 metre high ferris wheel, boot camp obstacle course and a giant slide.
“We want people of all ages to join us at the Toyota Country Music Festival, Tamworth, and what better way to do this than with bright lights, exciting rides and plenty of fun at the Regional Australia Bank Family Zone,” festival manager Barry Harley said.
There’s also the chance to win a $10,000 holiday in the family fun zone.
Outside of that, families can take a wander down Peel Street and enjoy the vibrant buskers and street performers, visit the Tamworth Regional Playground and pull up a spot on the grass for free concerts in Toyota Park – with the family concert on Saturday January 19.

“If you’re looking to entertain the kids over the summer holidays be sure to add the Toyota Country Music Festival to the list. There’ll be plenty of fun for the grown-ups as well,” Mr Harley said.
The family zone is open from 10am to 9pm during the festival in Fitzroy Plaza, with coupons costing $1 and rides between five and seven coupons.
