Tickets will be available when doors open for business at Ruby’s Cafe, St Nicholas Primary School, Lloyd and Co Signs, and Cody and Co Hair Salon, with organiser Kylie Wilson expecting them to sell out fast.
Since Mark and Julie Rodda let Ms Wilson take their ten year old son Sterling’s Wishlist public, the community have banded together to help them tick as many items of the bucket list as possible, before Sterling loses his vision and hearing to the very rare Wolfram Syndrome.
While a raffle has already raised thousands of dollars for the cause, the Star Ball will be the icing on top to get the eight member Rodda family to Hawaii later this year, where at least four items will be ticked off.

On Wednesday the family had their passport photos taken, and the anticipation of the dream trip becoming a reality is starting to sink in.
“The whole thing has been quite huge with the public, a lot of businesses and people have got on board,” Ms Wilson said.
“I dare say the ball will be a sell-out, and we are also getting some great items donated for an auction on the night as well.”
The Star Ball will be held at St Nicholas School on Saturday November 10.
Tickets are $50 a head with BYO drinks and food, while there are also fully catered corporate tables of eight available for $2000 – there are 300 seats available.
Anyone looking to donate items to the auction, or help out in any way can contact Kylie Wilson on 0408203776.
