With family friendly film Paddington 2 on show, it’s an event for all to enjoy.
Tamworth branch manager Julie Callander said it was a single event in Newcastle that’s grown into Australia’s largest outdoor free cinema program.
“I’ve been here for ten years and I’ve been to every single one since we opened,” she said.
“It’s always very popular in Tamworth I think people look forward to it because it’s one of those family events where you can come down with grandparents, parents and children.”

There will be entertainment starting before the movie with local food, fairy floss, popcorn and food vendors on offer.
Moviegoers are reminded to bring their own blankets, picnic rugs and chairs if they want them.
The event is on at Bicentennial Park on February 8.
