The Glen Innes local has hit the back of the net 21 times this season – two in front of Tamworth FC’s Kurt Barrow.
“I think he is the best player in the comp by a long way,” Easts coach Mark Gwynne said.
“He deserved it, he played well.
“Every game he plays he gives 100 per cent, he is a class player.”
Pedlow sealed the feat with a goal in Saturday’s final round 2-nil win over North Companions.
Jake Davies was the side’s other goalscorer.
While they claimed the win, Gwynne said there is still work to do leading into the semi-finals.
“It was not the best we have played but in saying that we still came away with two goals,” he said.
“We had a good couple of chances early, Brent just missed the posts, Jake Mccann a couple of shots just wide of the posts but it was a good result.
“I know we can play better which is a bonus for us but I still say they are the best side with the ball we have played.”
