Tamworth evening CWA president Helen Cameron said she’s noticed life expectancy between metro and rural people is significant.
“We’re seeing a gap in people being able to access healthcare with specialist clinicians so we thought it was time to highlight this obvious inadequacy,” she said.

The CWA is one of the leading lobby groups for women, and will lobby all levels of government to raise awareness for the healthcare gap.
Finding better ways to train healthcare professionals locally and retaining those who move here is at the top of their agenda.
They will highlight the key issues to bring them to people’s attention.
