Ambulance NSW said it deployed five units to the scene in James Street about 11.30am, after reports an employee suffered a fall.
Paramedics treated the male worker for serious head injuries. He was then rushed to Moree hospital in a “very serious condition”, the spokesperson said.
Ambulance NSW said the man fell “from a height”, but the circumstances surrounding the accident are still being investigated by authorities.
