TWO patients have been taken to hospital after a crash on a property near Narrabri on Monday afternoon.

Ambulance NSW said they received a triple zero call for help about 1pm after reports of a motorbike crash into a tree on Old Gunnedah Road, near the Turrawan Bridge.
When emergency services arrived they found the wreckage of a car off the road.
Paramedics treated a 34-year-old man for a jaw injury at the scene.

An 11-year-old boy was treated for a suspected broken leg while an eight-year-old child was assessed after suffering a bleeding nose, a spokesperson for Ambulance NSW confirmed.
Two patients were then transported to Narrabri hospital in a stable condition.
Police remained at the scene for much of the afternoon and Oxley detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
