Police are appealing for public help as they investigate the robbery of a fast-food restaurant that happened in Armidale on Saturday.

At around 9.50pm, the man entered the restaurant on Dumaresq Street and approached the counter.
Police said he threatened a staff member before stealing cash from the till and fleeing the store on a black mountain bike. No one was injured.
New England police were called and established a crime scene.
Investigators have released a CCTV image of a man who is wanted for questioning in relation to the incident.
He is depicted in the image as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, aged in his late 20s to mid-30s, about 165cm tall, with a medium build.
The man in the image has short dark brown hair, a large square earring in his left ear and a piercing to his right eyebrow.
He is shown wearing a dark-blue jacket and light-coloured pants.
