All that changes for Prince William when his brother Prince Harry marries Meghan Markle in Windsor on May 19.
It was back in April 2011 when Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, who is the second in line to the throne, married to Catherine Elizabeth Middleton at Westminster Abbey.
The wedding was widely broadcast on television, internet, and radio, in more than 180 countries.
The “new generation” – Prince William and his brother Harry – have been credited with helping revive interest in the Royal family. Without doubt their mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, also paved the way for that change of public sentiment.
