Trained at Wyong by Tracey Bartley the daughter of Time Thief had won all previous four starts for her Newcastle syndicate.
With Chris Williams in the saddle the three-year old chestnut was at her sparkling best again at Tamworth on Sunday, overhauling leader and runner-up Azzies Ready (Peter Mills) for a one length victory. Mark Hatch’s Iwatani was third.
Matt Forrester is one of the first-time owners in the small syndicate and delighted to be having so much fun with the fast filly.
“She is still young and improving,” he said of the filly.
“Tracey has done a great job with her. This was her biggest test to date but she’s come out on top.
“She has got some ability and might now go to the midweeks or for a spell.

“She beat some handy horses today.”
