Day two of the 2018 Moree Show saw plenty of action at Moree Showground as crowds turned up by the hundreds to see what was on offer.

The morning began with talented dogs showing off their skills in the yard dog trials, followed by some adorably cute pets at the pet show.
Dock Dogs was once again a popular attraction, with people hard-pressed to find a seat to watch dogs from near and far show off their jumping and swimming skills.

Stunt Juggler Scoot wowed audiences in front of the grandstand with his fire-juggling and unicycle riding skills.
Brave men showed off their strength and endurance during the woodchop events, while the young and young at heart made some noise during the whipcracking.
One of the big highlights of the afternoon was the Aussie FMX, with large crowds watching on as some of Australia’s best Freestyle Motocross riders performed death-defying, high-flying stunts 75 feet off the ground at top speed.
The biggest feature of the day was the official ceremony, which saw four members of Moree Show Society receive life membership, as well as the crowning of the 2018 Moree Showgirl.
Bronte Marshall was named 2018 Moree Showgirl, with Mekayla Maher runner-up and Daniella Stewart crowned Miss Personality.
At the end of the official opening, all the showgirl winners and runners-up led the Grand Parade in the back of vintage cars.
The parade also included bash cars, tractors and some of the winners from the horse events.
Later in the evening was the Battle of the Aggies Tug of War Challenge, Farmers’ Challenge, fireworks, ute barrell races and the demolition derby.
