A WOMAN has died after a single-vehicle crash near Narrabri this morning.

Emergency services responded to reports of a 4WD on the side of the Kamilaroi Highway, about 32 kilometres south of Narrabri, shortly after 9am this morning.
Police believe the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.
The driver, and sole occupant of the vehicle, a woman believed to be aged in her 60s, died at the scene.
She is yet to be formally identified.
Officers from Barwon Local Area Command will investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
As inquiries continue, police would like to speak to anyone with information that may assist.
