President, Jye Segboer said business leaders left the event feeling more “informed” about major issues in the Tamworth area, but a deeper discussion could be had on some topics and the big projects.
“I would have liked to have had a bit more of an in-depth discussion on some things, like the intermodal terminal,” he told The Leader.
“I think Council has held back a little on the contract that has been signed for that already, and it would have been nice to have a little more dialogue.

Mr Segboer hoped similar events would be held in the future.
