The Tamworth Country Music Festival is due to open on Friday, but that hasn’t stopped buskers from baggsing the best spots early or people coming for an early look around town.
Campers have set up from December onwards to make sure they’re ready to make the most of the Festival experience.
Country music stars have also started to flock to town ahead of the 10 day festival, meeting with up and coming singers or just settle in to the atmosphere.

The main stage is up and ready to go at Toyota Park (known as Tamworth Bicentennial Park the other 51 weeks of the year.)
