POLICE will allege in court the man driving behind a fatal head-on on the outskirts of Tamworth last week caused the crash.

The 26-year-old man was behind the wheel of a car travelling behind a Ford Falcon, which crashed head-on into an oncoming Toyota Kluger, on the Oxley Highway, near Westdale on March 31.
The driver of the Ford, a 30-year-old man, died at the scene while his passenger and two others in the Kluger were also taken to Tamworth hospital.
Oxley crash investigators have been reviewing dashcam footage of the crash, and interviewing witnesses.
Following five days of police investigations, the 26-year-old Taiwanese National, who was behind the wheel of a car travelling behind the Ford was arrested on Wednesday.
Police will allege he was driving dangerously and involved in the collision.
He has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning death, predatory driving and driving furiously in a motor vehicle and cause bodily harm.
He has been granted conditional bail to front Tamworth Local Court in May.
